Construction has started

Construction is finally underway on our new facility in Chattanooga. What was once an empty lot at 102 Jordan Drive will soon be home to a large office and warehouse building, the newest addition to our Tennessee campus.

It’s a development that’s come just in time, since business constantly grows and space for our nearly 30 US employees is getting tight. Just days after our groundbreaking ceremony, earthmoving vehicles and constructions teams have moved into the lot and work has begun. We expect the building to be done by February, when we move-in will take place and we can finally begin working from our new office. It’ll be the new base for our Chattanooga operations, and home to our in-house training cells. Once set up, we’ll be able to host training for FANUC robots and PLC control systems. The campus also will include training areas, conference rooms, lounge space, and a rooftop solar array.

While it may be some time before construction is complete, there are plenty of smaller milestones along the way to look forward to: once the walls are up, we’ll be celebrating with a traditional German ceremony called Richtfest.
