Kyle, Chief Technology Officer

Kyle, Chief Technology Officer

Starting in 2012 after receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, along with engineering experience for Honda, Kyle is still keen on learning from mentors. "Strong self-motivation and resource availability have helped me make the most of my experience", he says. "I enjoy the diverse culture at Dressler, and many training programs and projects have contributed to my eclectic experience."
Advanced seminars and opportunities in different job locations in Germany and the US accompany his latest external achievement: an MBA.

Chad, Robot Engineer

Chad, Robot Engineer

After attaining an electrical engineering degree, Chad joined our company in 2014 as a trainee. With no work experience he was pushed forward by the hands-on-training Dressler Automation provided. Senior robot programmers helped him evolve, and proudly he says: "I´m a trainer now myself, educating 5 employees of Dressler Automation, pushing them to excel."

Curtis, Robot Engineer

Curtis, Robot Engineer

Curtis started in 2016 as a temporary worker. In addition to his hands-on-training under supervision of senior electricians, Curtis cites a welding quality seminar at Volkswagen as a major contributor to his professional evolution into a skilled programmer.

Now, as a robot engineer, he supports the staff in different projects in Chattanooga and Spartanburg.

Stefan, Senior Controls Engineer

Stefan, Senior Controls Engineer

Stefan brought in more than 10 years of work experience as a PLC Engineer to the Dressler Automation Company, when he started in 2011. As a highly trained technician he has been working on many different projects, commuting between Germany, Mexico and the US for PLC commissioning. Several certificates qualify him for his next professional step: safety and maintenance support for our company.
