Most recently, our technicians attended FANUC’S Dual Check Safety (DCS) e-learning course and examination. Dual Check Safety, or DCS, is a software that ensures safe operation of industrial robots while minimizing robot cell footprints through functions like position checking and safe zones.
Using real-world examples and interactive modules, the e-learning program taught complete mastery of DCS, from setup and modification to the principles of dual monitoring. The knowledge allows technicians to deploy and utilize the software (which is widely used in modern manufacturing) according to best practices. At the end of the course, enrollees must past a post-test to ensure mastery of the program curriculum.
